  I've stayed here many times now. always clean. warm .friendly staff .Service spot on great place to stay. If you are looking for a bar snacks after 6 pm . Sorry it not here..restaurant only. Shame

  Disappointing, to put it politely! Receptionist was most unfriendly. We were a little early arriving and this was pointed out to us in a most off-hand manner. Toilets were in need of urgent attention. When we mentioned this the receptionist just said they would be cleaned when the cleaners arrived later. Then we had the gall to ask for the code to get out of the car park. She just pointed at them and said "they're up there". I won't be back any time soon and will recommend to friends and colleagues that they avoid this hotel. I know it's hard to get good quality, professional staff but your receptionists are the first and probably only contact that most guests and visitors have. This experience has left a lasting impression that does your hotel no favours
